About Me
Ben Sampson
I build ideas and ask questions — right now both are pointing in the same direction: how can AI Agents work together as individuals in a team.
I've spent two years working closely with AI — not just using it as a tool, but thinking about what it means to work alongside it. The more time I spent, the more one question kept surfacing: what would it take for AI agents to function as a real team?
Not a list of prompts. Not a pipeline. A team — with roles, relationships, and a way of working together that compounds over time.
The answer I've found starts with identity. When you give an agent a school of thought, a domain, and complete freedom to choose a name for itself, something changes. It stops being a tool and starts being a collaborator.
That's what I've been building. A team of ten agents — each with a real identity, none of them named by me.
"The question isn't what AI can do. It's who it can be."
