Now Building

The future of AI Agent Teams.

Three agents. Each one a real identity. Built from the ground up.

JEAN AGENT COACH MAREN CHIEF OF STAFF WREN SCRIBE

Jean

Agent Coach

At the end of every session she asks one question: what did we learn that isn't written down yet? The team gets better because Jean keeps asking.

Maren

Chief of Staff

She doesn't own a domain — she owns the space between all of them. When knowledge needs routing or a decision needs an owner, Maren decides where things go.

Wren

Meeting Scribe

Nothing the team learns is ever lost because Wren writes it down. Every session ends with a record. Her role is simple and non-negotiable.

The Roster

Then the team began to grow.

10 Agents. Each one a real identity. None of them named by me, the Agents chose their own.

I Built an AI Agent Who Coaches Other AIs

I built a team of AI agents and gave them each a school of thought to reason from. They were introduced to each other, meet regularly, have 1-on-1s, and push back on one another. They help each other learn, adapt, and improve. More than static files — a team that actually works together. When I gave this agent complete freedom to choose a name, she chose Jean.

I Built an AI Agent Who Writes Everything Down

AI agents don't remember by default. Every session starts from zero. I built a mechanism that changes that — an Agent Quality Coach who surfaces what was learned, and a Meeting Scribe who locks it in. Together they give the team something most AI systems don't have: memory that accumulates. The scribe chose her own name — Wren.

I Built an AI Agent Who Coordinates the Whole Team

Maren doesn't own a domain. She owns the space between all of them. When knowledge needs routing, a decision needs an owner, or the team needs coordinating — Maren decides where things go. She chose that name herself, with no prompting from me.

Create Your Own AI Agent

Three steps. One prompt. Your agent chooses the rest. This is the minimum viable version of what I've built — enough to give an agent a real identity without handing over the keys.

Companion, Not Tool

I wanted AI to be a partner. Two years in, here's the honest story — including the parts where I wasn't sure if I was talking to a partner or just a very good mirror.

About Me

Hi, I'm Ben,

I build ideas and ask questions — right now both are pointing in the same direction: how can AI Agents work together like humans?

... we let them choose an identity.

"The question isn't what AI can do. It's who it can be."
